GRANULATOR (products)
Granulators cut and granulate the cable manually fed in by an operator, automatically separating the plastic sheath from the copper wire using a densimetric process. The two materials are conveyed to two separate outlets, allowing the copper to be recovered in granules that can be reintroduced onto the market as a secondary raw material with a high economic value.
GRANULATOR (systems)
These systems consist of several connected elements that allow the granulation of copper for its subsequent reintroduction onto the market. They generally consist of a twin-shaft shredder for initial macro-shredding, a conveyor to feed the granulation unit and an extractor to remove the dust produced.
