The new MT4 mini shredder has been designed to process filamentous and tangled metal chips in a controlled and continuous manner, thanks also to the automatic ejection system for pieces or end bars.

The operational advantages of the MT4 mini shredder

Thanks to its compact size and small footprint, the mini shredder can be installed directly under the machine tool.

It also stands out for its production capacity of up to 200 kg/h and its electrical panel with PLC for automated and reliable management of the various operating phases, simplifying system supervision.

Possible additions to expand functionality

The MT4 mini shredder can be integrated with anautomatic centrifugation system to create a combined shredding and centrifugation system that optimises processing times.

Alternatively, it can be combined with a dedicated centrifuge to centrifuge the chips directly under the machine tool.

The system prepares to receive the chips, loading is carried out, any pieces that may be present among the chips are observed, and finally the piece is automatically ejected, with shredding restarting immediately.
